“DIET” IS A SWEAR WORD! We call this a Lifestyle because it‘s just that. It’s for Life. Your day is a series of habits. It’s a version of Muscle Memory. You have taught your body that starch and sugar taste good. You have taught your body to only eat when it feels hunger (or bored) , to drink when it feels dehydrated. If you’re sluggish you have taught your body to sit down and rest. These are bad habits we are all guilty of becoming prisoner to. Imagine yourself wanting to eat 6 times a day, enjoying water, enjoying exercise. Imagine your joints and gut feeling better. This is just a taste of what the New You looks like with theCMGlifestyle. Weight loss is so much more than the numbers on the scale. Weight Loss is letting go of old habits, old emotions, old aches and pains. Weight Loss is what happens when you retrain your body to crave better things. Weight Loss is what happens when you start living the lifestyle you deserve.
With every new adventure comes a learning curve. Mistakes will happen. If you fall down 10 times then you get up 11 times. Having a coach by your side every step of the way means you never have to get up alone. Your coach will pick a plan just for you based on your submitted Health Assessment. This tells us what your current health situation is and what your motivation is for changing your overall wellbeing. All programs are designed with your specific needs in mind.
Our plans are based on eating small and often to level out blood sugar. We offer an entire system of learning new habits. This is mental and physical. We provide you with 5 meal replacements. (Plans based on your current health and activity levels). These meal replacements are probiotic prebiotic vitamin enriched protein based “fuelings”. Choices range from shakes, bars and chips to more options like biscuits and brownies. All protein based. These are the building blocks for teaching your body to eat healthy, balanced, small and often. You are preparing your one “lean and green” meal per day! This is made up of a specific portion of protein, veggies & fats. Plus Lots of water and light exercise. These are the tools to teach your body to start using it’s food for energy instead of storing it like it has been taught in the past! The body learns that it’s safe to burn food and visceral (deep)fat, instead of storing it. You are now teaching it to do so by feeding it on a regular basis with healthy foods! All by leveling out your blood sugar. Once you reach your goal weight then we transition you into more meals and exercise and less replacements. On a weekly basis as you progress.
